Meet Ashanté “Tae”, a licensed cosmetologist and professional hairstylist with over 10 years of experience behind the chair. In 2014, Tae graduated with honors from Paul Mitchell in Metairie, Louisiana, specializing in texture, color, and cutting.
Tae’s passion for natural hair was inspired by her mother and mentor, Vivian Harris, a Natural Hair Specialist and owner of Vivian’s Hair Care. Growing up watching her mother care for and educate clients about healthy hair helped shape Tae’s own passion for the craft.
Specializing in natural hair and protective styles, Tae is dedicated to creating beautiful looks while prioritizing the health and integrity of every client’s hair. From silk presses to knotless braids, she brings versatility, education, and intentional care to every appointment.
